Electronic whiteboard connection and debugging instructions
1. Connection method
(1) Connect the electronic whiteboard and computer via USB extension cable, as shown below: (2) Connect the projector and computer to the corresponding interface via HDMI or VGA cable, as shown below:

2.Projector debugging
(1) Projector settings ① Use the remote control to click [Menu], find [Projector position] and adjust it to "upside down", as shown below: ② Find [Aspect Ratio] on the third page of the [Menu] page, and set 4: 3, exit the menu, as shown below: (2) Adjust the position of the projector
① Ceiling installation:
1) Manually adjust the position and angle of the projector, and try to place the projection screen within the frame of the whiteboard and center it as much as possible;
a. If the screen is too large, lower the telescopic rod appropriately to make the screen smaller, and place the screen in the whiteboard frame;
b. If the screen is too small, raise the telescopic rod appropriately to make the screen larger, and the screen is placed in the whiteboard frame;
c. Manually adjust the projector, try to adjust the vertical and horizontal angles, so that the screen is parallel to the top and bottom, centered on the left and right, into the frame, note: do not cover the keys on both sides of the screen;
② Wall mounting:
1) Manually adjust the position and angle of the projector, and try to place the projection screen within the frame of the whiteboard and center it as much as possible;
a. If the screen is too large, shorten the telescopic rod appropriately to make the screen smaller, and place the screen in the whiteboard frame;
b. If the screen is too small, lengthen the telescopic rod appropriately to make the screen larger, and place the screen in the whiteboard frame;
c. Manually adjust the projector, try to adjust the vertical and horizontal angles, so that the screen is parallel to the top and bottom, centered on the left and right, into the frame, note: do not cover the keys on both sides of the screen;
③ Keystone correction:
1)After the above steps are completed, if the screen is in a positive trapezoidal shape, adjust the projector menu item [Auto Keystone] to "Off"; then adjust the [Keystone Correction], press the left and right buttons on the remote control to adjust the image, and adjust It is a rectangle that is parallel to the top, bottom, left, and right. Try to make the picture full of whiteboard, as shown below:

3. Whiteboard software installation
(1) Open the website www.shengshihean.com in the browser of the computer, and then click on "Hean Service" and find the "Download Area", as shown below: (2)Find the "Projection Whiteboard Installation Software" and click the corresponding download button. You can download it by saving to a local directory, as shown below: (3)After downloading, run the downloaded software to start the installation process. After the installation is complete, the computer desktop displays two shortcuts, as shown below:

4. Calibration
(1) Screen calibration
① First open “Whiteboard Calibration”-> “Screen Calibration”-> “9-point Calibration” on the computer; then use the whiteboard pen to vertically click the center position of the red icons on the whiteboard one by one, and follow the instructions, as shown below: (2) Verify calibration:
Open the computer desktop "AKB Whiteboard" and use one finger to write directly on the whiteboard, and check whether the writing position is consistent with the finger. Inconsistencies need to be reset and recalibrated.
(3)Shortcut key calibration:
① Open the “Whiteboard Calibration” software on the computer desktop, and select the corresponding “Blue Shortcut Calibration” or “White Shortcut Calibration” on the software interface according to the color of the shortcut keys on both sides of the purchased whiteboard;
② After entering, click the actual shortcut button and click Calibration according to the group building prompt on the whiteboard.
③ After calibration, click “Test Shortcut Key” on the whiteboard. Click the shortcut key on both sides of the whiteboard. The middle icon of the whiteboard will be displayed according to the position of the shortcut key.
